  • All items brought onto the property are subject to inspection. All bags larger than 10 in x 9 in, backpacks, professional cameras (i.e detachable lenses), video equipment, luggage, & like articles are strictly prohibited.

  • Yes. Our coat check is now open for the winter season.

  • Tickets are transferable on GA events but not for VIP Tables.

  • Big Night Live is wheelchair accessible. Please note, it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest’s companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general admission). It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening. Please contact our Box Office (617-896-5223) for tickets or more information.

  • Cell phone cameras are allowed in the venue however professional cameras, flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are prohibited. Only pre-approved media and photographers hired from the artist management or the venue are allowed with a press pass.

  • Box Office is open one hour before door time for every show.

  • Lighters, Cigarettes & Vapes are prohibited in the venue, there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed at the venue per the city of Boston Ordinances.

  • GA is Standing Room Only. VIP / Box Seats are 21+ only sections. VIP tables for Saturday Shows have bottle service available. Non-Saturday Shows will have seated tickets and table service available for Food and Drinks. Box Seats for non Saturday shows are first come first serve, but you will be guaranteed a seat.

  • All tickets will be mobile or hard tickets from the Box Office. Hard tickets will only be mailed out per request.

  • Ticket Limit for GA Tickets are 8 and Ticket Limit for VIP Tables are 16 -for large parties.

  • We are directly above North Station

  • Yes, tickets will be available to be purchased one hour before door time.

  • Yes, in the VIP Section or you can join us before or after in Guy Fieri’s Tequila Cocina. Reservations are accepted, to view restaurant hours, please visit guyscocina.com. For Parties of 12 or more, please contact our event team, events@guyscocina.com

  • Event age restrictions vary, please visit event page to see age restrictions. All VIP Table Guests must be 21+.

  • Ticketmaster will inform customers of an event cancellation. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase with 24-72 hours of the event cancellation.
