THE live HALL
The Live Hall is an incredible 11,500 square foot event space as well as a Live Nation music, concert and entertainment hall. The room features oversized red crystal chandeliers, 20 foot wood finished walls and is decorated with a combination of photography and fine art. The venue is fully equipped with state-of-the-art plug & play technology and production capabilities. Live can accommodate up to 1,400 guests standing, and 757 seated in a combination of existing built-in luxury seating (192) and rentals (565). Three large LED screens flank the 40 x 25 foot stage which are great for shows, performances, presentations, branding and customized content. Two private VIP rooms overlook the stage from the Mezzanine level and are complete with open balconies for the best view in the house. Live also houses two green rooms, an additional third private room on the main level and three full bars. The space has all the audio/visual of an activated concert venue along with two separate dance floors. The space is incredible for live music, comedy shows, sales meetings, varied performances, live auction events, panel discussions, awards ceremonies, product launches, graduations or any other event you can imagine. 16 foot red velvet panels can be closed over the floor to ceiling walls for intimacy, or open to reveal the city below.
STUDIO B
This modern event space is designed with high rafters of raw wood, large-scale tile floors, floor to ceiling case windows, brick walls and globe lighting. The room features a built-in luxury buffet and expansive private bar, perfect for dinner events and private receptions. The space also features a large LED screen as well as several other small screens that are ideal for branding, presentations or themed content.
The space can accommodate up to 440 guests for a standing reception or 180+ guests for a seated dinner.
